[Online medical treatment]
You can receive online consultations from doctors via video call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can pick up your medication at home or at a nearby pharmacy.
The price is also safe as it is applicable to various medical systems.


■Flow of online medical treatment
(1) Apply for online medical treatment using the app
*Please proceed to the application form from the reception button and accept it.

(2)Tap SMS and check the waiting time
* Immediately after applying, you will receive an SMS (short message) to the contact information you entered at the time of reception. You can check your order and waiting time from the URL listed there.
*While you are waiting for your appointment, please open My Page and select your payment method and upload your insurance card.

(3) Examination and examination through online medical treatment
*Please tap the start video call button to enter the room.
*The consultation fee is covered by insurance.

(4) Receiving medicines
*Depending on the details of your consultation, you can pick up your prescription medicine at home or at a nearby pharmacy.
*If you choose to pick up your medication at home, our dedicated medical staff will deliver the medication to your home.
*During your consultation, if your doctor deems it necessary, you can undergo a coronavirus/influenza antigen test, which will be delivered to you by our dedicated medical staff.
*Same-day home delivery and antigen testing are available in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba.

■About payment
Health insurance and local government medical expense subsidies are also applicable.
We accept credit cards and NP deferred payment (convenience stores, post offices, banks).
*If you wish to have your medicine delivered to your home, you will be responsible for the delivery fee.
*If you choose NP deferred payment, you will be charged a handling fee of 248 yen (tax included).



[Home visit]
You can receive medical examinations and infectious disease tests from your home.
You can also pick up your medication on the spot.

(1) Apply for a house call using the app

(2) A doctor visits your home
*Please wait at home until the doctor comes.
*You will bring over 80 types of medicines and treatment sets in your suitcase.

(3) Medical examination/test at home
*The consultation fee is covered by insurance.
*Depending on the details of your consultation, we will give you a few days worth of prescription medicine on the spot.
*If you are taking medication, please have your medication notebook (health care notebook/electronic medication notebook) on hand to ensure a smooth examination.

*According to law, the area is within a 16 km radius of the affiliated medical institution.
