- Notifications for essential communications, appointments, new documents and changes
- Send service requests, such as damage reports or concierge requests directly via smartphone including photos to the relevant people
- Search Ads and Deals (as Babysitter wanted, Pitch for rent)
- Replace About Direct messages in the residential environment
- Coupons and Deals Local restaurants and service providers
- 24/7 access to documents
