SEEDS is a mental health support service developed by a clinical psychologist and professor of psychology. We measure your mental health status based on evidence-based mental health technology that has been proven through clinical symptom relief research, and help you to make positive changes in your life and promote relationships through support services tailored to your condition.

■ Getting Started with SEEDS: Finding Me
First, through an evidence-based psychological test, check your level of depression and anxiety, and your social emotional strength, which is your ability to overcome them. With psychological tests developed and verified through research, you can find out your strengths and weaknesses related to mental health. Check out the test results to identify areas that need to be developed with greater focus for a happier and healthier mind and life.
How to start with SEEDS:
Start by taking our three evidence-based assessments that test your social emotional strengths and symptoms of depression and anxiety. Developed through years of research and testing, these three questionnaires can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses related to your mental health. The results will tell you where to focus more and which habits to build to achieve more happiness, health and wellbeing.
■ Mental Health Skills, Mind Habit Challenges That Are Essential for My Life
Cultivate healthy mind habits that help promote mental health. Mind Habit is a mental health technique developed by clinical psychologists, and has been proven to play an important role in forming more meaningful interpersonal relationships by reducing factors that negatively affect individual happiness and emotional health. Create a new mind habit every month through SEEDS' mind habit challenge! By consistently practicing psychologically proven mental health skills for a month, you will develop a mental habit that can strengthen your social emotional strength. Also, add the habits you want to make in the usual way to form your own healthy habits.
The SEEDS Support Plan:
With the SEEDS app, you can develop healthy habits, developed by clinical psychologists, that will help promote positive mental health using our support plan! Use our thoughtfully-designed support plan to pick a list of new habits to develop each month. Each habit has been designed and proven to foster development in specific social-emotional areas. You can even add in your own habits that you have been meaning to develop!

You can check the changes in your state of mind through regular heart examination. Before and after the start of the Mind Habit Challenge, or whenever you are curious about the change in your state of mind, check through a psychological test. Through the graph, you can grasp the change and growth of my depression, anxiety level, and social emotional strength at a glance.
Track your progress:
Re-take the assessment anytime to track your depression and anxiety as well as check your improvement in your mental health skills. The SEEDS app allows you to track these changes over time via intuitive graphs and charts to keep you aware of your growth.

Invite your friends or family to SEEDS for a healthy heart and happy life. Help those who are dear to me also check the state of mind through a psychological test, form a healthy mind habit every month through the mind habit challenge, and confirm their growth! Members who need intensive monitoring, such as children, can be invited to my sub-account, and the inspection results and growth process of sub-accounts can be monitored through the main account.
Grow together with SEEDS:
Invite family and friends to complete our assessment and create their own monthly support plan and keep track of their own progress. If desired, you can also create a Main Account and keep track of user’s scores and progress linked to your account, such as for children in need of close monitoring.
