Nautical Tutorial 3D is the innovative nautical application that aims to form the indispensable cultural background for future pleasure sailors and the valuable insight for captains from all over the world.

A series of detailed 3D video lessons describe all the fundamental principles of navigation at sea and in inland waters.

COLREG:

The International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (also known as COLREG, COLREGs, RIPA or RIPAM) is a multilateral agreement that establishes the rules of conduct during navigation.
